Born from an old family of winegrowers, Sophie comes back to Champagne to help her parents at the beginning of the 90's after traveling the world with her husband, Pierre.

Throughout the years, her father Michel Gonet has transmited the family's know-how and passion for bubbles. She still put both into good use for the family brand Champagne Michel Gonet.

Invested in the community, Sophie does not limit her to managing skills to the family company. She actively participate into the polical life first of her village then of the department as well as into the interprofession. She implicate herself in the Winegrowers Syndicate (Syndicat Général de Vignerons de Champagne). Between others, she has presided for many years the Commission of Female Winegrowers of Champagne.
 

Jury in many wine competitions such as Chardonnays of the Wolrd, Sparkling of the World or Hachette Sophie has had the opportunity to refine her palate and broaden her horizons.
 

Strong from her experiences, Sophie launches with the support of her family, her eponymous brand with her selection of favorites.
